Gaurav Agrawal is an expert in our Performance Improvement practice. He has almost 20 years of experience serving 50+ clients across industries.
Gaurav joined the firm in 2022 and is an expert in major business transformation programs, operating model redesign, GBS strategy, outsourcing advisory services and post-merger integration. He has worked across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and his client portfolio includes companies of all sizes, with an increasing focus on PE/VC backed firms.
Prior to joining Bain, Gaurav held positions of increasing responsibility at two prestigious consulting firms. He served the CXOs of FTSE 500+ firms in optimizing business performance and owned multi-million dollar P&L for these solutions.
Gaurav holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, India and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics from the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
In his personal time, Gaurav is a keen traveler and enjoys the theater. He also dabbles in experimenting with AI and its impact on everyday problems.
