Giovanni Arnese is a member of our Consumer Products, Retail and Private Equity practices.

He has more than two decades of management consulting experience, with engagements spanning strategy, sales effectiveness, pricing strategy, strategic revenue management, portfolio strategy and simplification, supply chain management, and post-merger integration (PMI).

He has applied his consulting expertise throughout Europe, with extensive experience across Italy, Russia, Poland, Turkey, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Giovanni led the development of our firmwide perfect sales execution perspective, a transformational program leveraged to help leading consumer goods companies grow their brands and categories by winning at point of purchase. He has also spearheaded the deployment of global Perfect Store programs for various CP leaders, helping our clients enhance sales capabilities and achieve outstanding in-store execution.

Further, he has led an array of PMI efforts for leading CP players.

Beyond his client work, Giovanni is deeply involved in our local recruiting efforts. He also helps build capabilities within our firm by training colleagues on in-store execution excellence.

Prior to joining us in 1998, Giovanni worked in finance and accounting for Procter & Gamble.

He holds an MBA from the SDOA School of Management and an undergraduate degree in economic and banking sciences from the University of Siena.
