Jonas Hahn-Petersen

Jonas Hahn-Petersen is a member of our Utilities & Renewables and Energy & Natural Resources practices, and a leader in our Nuclear Center of Excellence.

Jonas works with investor-owned utilities and global energy majors on their largest capital programs across nuclear and renewables. His work spans business cases and financing, supply chain, contracting strategy, operating models, organizational design, and the stage-gate governance required for execution.

He has led the design and build-out of new energy businesses, from strategy and operating model to operational systems, working alongside executives accountable for delivery. He has also driven cost and commercial transformations across utility and industrial businesses, including labor contract negotiations and organizational redesign. For private equity and infrastructure investors, Jonas has completed more than 20 commercial diligences, mostly in energy and industrials.

Prior to joining us, Jonas worked in trade and investment at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He holds a Master of Arts in international relations from Columbia University and a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of Copenhagen.
