Jonatan is a member of our Private Equity practice.

Since joining Bain in 2020, he has advised financial investors and their portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle. He has extensive experience in commercial due diligence, exit preparation, and the development and execution of value creation programs, with a particular focus on technology and services companies.

Jonatan holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a Master of Arts (Hons) in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
