Mattia Bernardi is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice. He has worked with various global industrial companies across the paper and packaging, metals, and machinery equipment sectors.
His work primarily surrounds large post-acquisition transformations and value creation programs in industrial sectors. His case portfolio includes successful programs for both corporate and private equity funds.
Mattia has a proven track record in several areas within industrial transformations. He has led case work across sustainability, digital, and performance improvements in operations (manufacturing and supply chain).
Before joining us, he spent several years in the paper and packaging industry for a leading European player.
He holds an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs (Paris, Turin, Munich), as well as a degree in management engineering from the University of Padua.
