Sami Abdul Rahman is a member of our Public Sector practice with over 15 years of management consulting experience across the Middle East, Europe, East Africa, and North America.
Sami partners with public and private sector institutions to identify growth opportunities and overcome barriers to success. His work spans national economic development, tourism, culture, innovation, private sector engagement, investment attraction, and program delivery and execution.
Before joining Bain, Sami worked with other top-tier consulting firms and global development agencies on critical regional issues such as food security, agriculture, value chain development, and government reform
He holds an M.Sc. in water science and technology from Auburn University, where he attended as a Fulbright scholar, and a dual undergraduate degree in biology and bio-systems engineering from the American University of Beirut.
