Sherry Lee is a member of our Retail practice.

She has worked extensively with many of our largest retail clients across footwear and apparel, restaurants, eCommerce marketplaces, and mass merchandisers. Her work primarily focuses on retail strategy, customer experience, operational performance improvement, and organizational and operating model design.

Beyond her case work, Sherry leads Asians at Bain in the Bay Area (one of our largest affinity groups in North America) and previously served as program manager for the Manager and Senior Manager cohort in the region. In 2025, she received Bain’s Bright-Dix Award, a global recognition for exceptional contributions to the professional development of colleagues.

Sherry joined Bain as an Associate Consultant Intern in 2010. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
