She previously spent nearly two decades with another top consulting firm, where she globally led three major client relationships and led 25+ enterprise-wide transformations across various industry sectors.
She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
In her personal time, Soyoung enjoys swimming, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two children.
