She has deep expertise in enterprise-wide EBITDA improvement, focusing on procurement transformation, merger integration, E2E complexity reduction, and marketing and sales efficiency.
She previously spent nearly two decades with another top consulting firm, where she globally led three major consumer products client relationships and worked for more than 10 other large consumer product companies.
She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
In her personal time, Soyoung enjoys swimming, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two children.
