For more than 20 years, Bain Istanbul has predominantly advised leading Turkish companies, locally represented global companies and a vast array of private equity funds. Our team plays a particularly vital role as a bridge between Bain’s European, Middle Eastern and Asian practices.

Our private equity group is unparalleled in commercial due diligence and has been involved in a major portion of private equity deals across Turkey and the Middle East. While our client work has spanned all core industries and capabilities, we have increasingly focused on emerging, game-changing topics, including omnichannel consumers, Big Data analytics, Industry 4.0, design thinking and digital marketing.
