Stefano Brentel is a member of the firm's EMEA Consumer Products practice.
Since joining Bain in 2006, Stefano has honed comprehensive expertise across the consumer products sphere. He has served clients across a broad range of sectors, including beer, spirits, CSD, water, coffee and food, as well as home and personal care. His core capabilities include business unit strategy, perfect sales execution and route-to-market strategy.
His client portfolio spans numerous geographies, including Italy, Russia, the UK, the Netherlands, the USA and Poland.
Throughout recent years, Stefano has deepened his expertise in how to leverage Agile in strategy, as well as how to enhance companies’ commercial performance through data-driven sales execution.
In this context, Stefano supports the development of Perfect Sales Execution (PSE) at Bain, a proprietary approach that has helped consumer products companies boost their topline growth across categories, channels and geographies. More recently, Bain’s PSE is providing additional growth opportunities through Advanced Analytics and digital solutions.
Stefano holds an MSc in general management, with honours, from Bocconi University.
