Tony Pagliarulo

Tony Pagliarulo is a member of our Enterprise Technology practice.

He has over 30 years of IT strategy and transformation experience across multiple industries focused on helping organizations deliver value and transform their processes through technology.

Tony has extensive process capability and performance experience (Six Sigma Green Belt) as well as experience in ERP strategy & implementation, IT due diligence & acquisition integration and cost optimization.

Prior to joining Bain, Tony was the President for CIO Sensei where he helped clients develop business-aligned IT Strategy and create roadmaps to execute digital process transformation. He also guided clients through several major business-system transformation programs, including ERP, CRM and Analytics – from business case through implementation and value realization.

Before this he was SVP & IT COO at EMC.  In his role Tony led the Global IT Organization, including the end-to-end design, implementation and operations of the company’s entire portfolio of IT applications and technology platforms. He defined and implemented a contemporary IT operating model resulting in NPS improvement of ~50 pp while delivering >$150m in annual cost savings. 

Tony holds an MS degree from Bentley University, an MBA from UMASS Boston and a BS in Finance, Providence College.
