Food Systems Transformation

Consumers say they want to buy sustainable products, yet they don't. Farmers want to grow more sustainably, but they can't. And the system should support broad transformation, but often doesn't. Nonetheless, there are signs of progress across all three areas, and plenty to discuss at this year's COP27 conference.
