I joined Bain through the Knowledge team because I wanted to learn quickly, work with smart people, and contribute to work that has real impact. Over time, I have grown into topics connected to the energy transition, including clean power and the rising electricity needs behind digital infrastructure and data centers. I also team closely with case teams and proposal teams to help turn ideas into clear client stories. A big milestone was moving from Mexico City to Warsaw through Bain’s global mobility program, which was smooth thanks to how supportive and thoughtful my teams were throughout.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
Bain felt like the right fit because the culture is both high standard and genuinely team oriented. I have learned the most by working alongside people who are very sharp and also generous with their time, whether that is coaching, brainstorming, or building better answers together. Even in busy moments, collaboration is the default. My relocation experience reinforced that Bain shows up for you as a person, not just as a role.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
Yes, what motivates me is being part of teams that turn complex questions into decisions clients can act on. I am especially excited by work around electrification and sustainability, where strong teaming across experts, case teams, and proposal teams is essential to get to the right answer. I am still growing, but I love contributing wherever I can by bringing structure, analysis, and clear communication that helps the team move faster.

For me, this has meant shaping my path around themes I care about, like the energy transition, clean power, and the infrastructure needed for a more electric world, while learning from different teams and ways of working. I have been lucky to work with colleagues who invite collaboration and help you stretch into new challenges.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
My favorite work has been teaming with case teams and proposal teams on energy and electricity related questions, where the work is demanding but you learn a lot from smart, motivated people. I enjoy taking complex information and turning it into something clear and useful for the team. What has surprised me most about my PPK role is how collaborative it is, since it often means partnering with teams, anticipating what they need, and helping others deliver their best work.
