Jayne Zecha

Jayne Zecha is the Head of the UK Private Equity practice and a member of our Telecommunications, Media, and Technology practices.

She has over 20 years of experience with Bain, specializing in technology and media-related commercial due diligence, as well as corporate strategy work for technology and media firms. Jayne is a founding member and an Investment Committee Member of Bain’s Future Back Ventures.

Jayne was named in Private Equity News’ ‘The Rising Stars of European Private Equity 2019’ list, which annually recognizes the most promising private equity professionals and advisers under age 40.

Jayne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in international relations from the University of Chicago. She studied economics at Cambridge University.
