With over 20 years of experience in financial services, she brings deep expertise in technology strategy and execution, operating model design, talent and capability building, and organizational change. She has extensive experience scaling technology and Gen AI transformations, modernizing technology architectures, and building high-performing product teams. Her work spans strategy, operations, and performance improvement across banking, insurance, and fintech sectors.

Before joining Bain, she was a partner at a major consulting firm, where she led the financial services AI, technology transformation, and value creation practice. Her recent experience includes designing a three-year Gen AI-enabled transformation for a life insurance carrier, unlocking $800 million in value, doubling customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency by 30%. She shaped the CEO agenda and guided strategic AI use cases across underwriting, marketing, and technology modernization. She also led a turnaround for a global fintech company, delivering over $2 billion in EBITDA through AI-powered use cases across sales and operations. For a private equity–backed insurance broker, she drove $500 million in revenue growth and supported a successful IPO. Earlier, she worked at a global professional services firm, where she helped resolve a bank collapse ahead of schedule.

She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in computer science from North Carolina State University, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology.
