Mayuri Shah

Mayuri Shah is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Commercial Excellence practices.

Since joining Bain in 2008, Mayuri has worked with clients across industries on their most challenging strategic issues. She has deep expertise in the healthcare industry, where she primarily advises medical technology companies on growth strategy, transformation, commercial excellence, post-merger integration, organization design, and supply chain optimization. Mayuri also leads the Healthcare Commercial Excellence focus area.

In addition to her client work, she serves as the co-leader of our New York DE&I efforts.

Mayuri holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Palmer Scholar (top 5% of her class). She also holds a bachelor's in economics and government from Harvard University.
