Rohit Kumar

Rohit is a member of the Architecture Guild within our Enterprise Technology practice.

With over 20 years of experience, he has led global teams and large-scale transformation initiatives across the Consumer Products and Telecommunications sectors, through tier-one management consulting and leading IT services firms. He began his career in customer operations and later transitioned into technical project management, going on to hold senior roles in solution and enterprise architecture, including leading multiple client engagements as a chief architect.

Rohit's work focuses on helping organizations enhance customer and employee experiences through digital transformation while balancing risk, cost, and operational resilience. He advises on IT operating model design, technology-enabled business and enterprise resource planning transformations, business support systems and operations support systems solutions, and technology and process integration and separation across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He also supports leadership teams in assessing their readiness to adopt emerging technologies, including agentic AI.

Rohit holds an MBA in IT from Symbiosis, India. Outside of work, he is an enthusiastic table tennis player and volunteer coach.
