WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
In this role, you’ll drive tailored marketing efforts for some of Bain’s most strategic accounts. You’ll serve as the dedicated marketing lead for Client Heads (Partners), helping design and implement account-level strategies that elevate our client engagement and enable commercial success.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll collaborate closely with Client Heads, industry and capability marketing teams, and cross-functional marketing centers of excellence. Your work will be deeply integrated with both the client-facing teams and Bain’s broader marketing organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop and execute Account Marketing plans for priority clients, in close partnership with Client Heads
Lead account-specific campaigns, aligning efforts with Bain’s industry and capability marketing strategies
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for designated Client Heads
Identify executive movements, track outreach, and surface relationship insights to inform engagement strategies
Support direct commercial pursuits by executing targeted campaigns and optimizing multi-channel tactics
Collaborate with Marketing Centers of Excellence on campaign elements like events, digital content, paid media, and email
Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to refine efforts
Share client insights with Practice Marketing teams to inform broader strategies
Contribute to continuous improvement and embrace new tools—like GenAI—to drive team effectiveness
ABOUT YOU
Must Haves:
Undergraduate degree in business or marketing
3–4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
Proven ability to lead and execute marketing initiatives independently
Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders of all levels
Comfort interacting with clients and representing Bain externally
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to remain composed and flexible in a fast-paced, senior-partner environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in professional services or account management
Familiarity with Bain’s relevant industries
