Your responsibilities:

  • Processing /coding suppliers’ invoices according to the Polish accounting rules
  • Ensuring invoices are ready for the timely payments
  • Assisting in suppliers open items clearing
  • Preparing accounts reconciliation 
  • Supporting Month & Year End Closing Processes
  • Cooperation with Vendor Master Data & Payments Team
  • Dealing with supplier and stakeholders queries 
  • Preparing basic Accounts Payable reports 
  • Working on SAP4HANA system


Requirements:

  • University degree (BA or Master’s) in Economy, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or another related field
  •  Approximately 1 year of relevant experience: working in accounting office, or supporting accounting operations for Polish market
  • Very good English (B2 level) and fluent Polish (C1/C2 level)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • SAP4 HANA knowledge will be an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and sense of service, hardworking and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Outstanding organizer with prioritization and time management skills
