This option runs 10-12 weeks and is designed for companies looking to sharpen their value creation plan in addition to refreshing the equity story, and who can allocate programme sponsor and working team time to co-create strategic plans.

- Assessment and benchmarking of business performance and capital efficiency (e.g., IR function, TSR, capital cost)
- A value creation plan including a prioritized portfolio of strategic initiatives and business case
