The Elevate Grant provides up to S$200,000 in professional services to help companies enhance shareholder value.

The Elevate Grant provides consultancy support to Singapore-listed companies in the following key areas:

  • Corporate Strategy & Financial Management Consultancy: Personalised support in analysing market dynamics, defining strategic priorities, benchmarking performance, and planning sustainable growth.
  • Investor Relations (IR) Consultancy: One-on-one advisory to optimise how the company communicates with investors, enhancing transparency for effective engagement.

Our Program Expertise

This option spans approximately six weeks and is best-suited for companies with a clear growth strategy that require targeted support to refine and test the narrative.

 

Deliverables include:

  • Investor diagnostic and strategy review:  High-level view of investor base/needs and strategy fit
  • Refreshed equity story: Clear, compelling ‘story on a page’ narrative with key growth points aligned to ambition
  • Engagement plan: This would include all key stakeholders, analysts and media
  • ‘Shark Tank’ investor-style pitch: A valuable simulation to sharpen management’s message

This option runs 10-12 weeks and is designed for companies looking to sharpen their value creation plan in addition to refreshing the equity story, and who can allocate programme sponsor and working team time to co-create strategic plans.

 

Deliverables include:

  • Assessment and benchmarking of business performance and capital efficiency (e.g., IR function, TSR, capital cost)
  • A value creation plan including a prioritized portfolio of strategic initiatives and business case
  • An implementation roadmap including a go-to-market playbook for high-priority initiatives, risks, and mitigations
  • A refreshed equity story
  • An investor communications pack including ‘Shark Tank’ pitch simulation materials for management
