Gerald primarily advises consumer products clients on corporate and full potential strategy, transformation and performance improvement, as well as route-to-market strategy, especially in emerging markets. He is also a Bain Brand Accelerator expert and has done extensive work in the e-commerce space across the value chain.
He is a recipient of the firm's global Bright-Dix Award for excellence in professional development.
Prior to joining Bain in 2008, Gerald worked across strategy and operations at the Intercontinental Hotels Group. Previously, he worked in fixed income trading at Merrill Lynch.
He holds an undergraduate degree in economics, with First-Class Honours, from University College London.
