Gerald primarily advises consumer products clients on corporate and full potential strategy, organization, operating model and performance improvement, as well as route to market strategy, especially in emerging markets. He is also a Bain Brand Accelerator expert.
He is a recipient of the firm's global Bright-Dix Award for excellence in professional development.
Prior to joining Bain in 2008, Gerald worked across strategy and operations at the Intercontinental Hotels Group. Previously, he worked in fixed income trading at Merrill Lynch.
He holds an undergraduate degree in economics, with First-Class Honours, from University College London.
