Our Rio de Janeiro office works in tandem with our Santiago, São Paulo and Buenos Aires teams as Bain South America. Our client portfolio includes international, multinational, nonprofit and Fortune 500 firms within all core industries. We aim to make a lasting impact on both businesses and society as a whole, and to do so, we place great emphasis on forming and nurturing strong, diverse teams.
Our Bainies have big hearts and powerful growth ambitions, forming a high-performing yet friendly office culture. Above all else, we value the deep, genuine relationships we’ve built both among ourselves and with our clients.
In addition to the concrete results we deliver for our clients, we believe that we have a duty to contribute to our community. Our commitment to promoting enduring social change fuels our office-wide pro bono consulting work and volunteer initiatives.
Ensina Brasil is part of the Teach for All global network, an organization with partners in more than 40 countries. Ensina Brasil asked Bain for support in defining its local entry strategy. We've worked with the organization on several fronts, including designing its recruitment process, developing its corporate strategy and budget, and designing its organizational structure.
Vetor is a Brazilian nonprofit founded by Joice Toyota, a former Bain consultant. Our work with Vetor has included reviewing the NGO's strategy for the coming years and consulting on key issues such as its growth focus, funding strategy, recruitment, trainee program and more.
Endeavor is a leading global nonprofit with a strong presence in Brazil and a mission of encouraging entrepreneurship. Our global partnership with Endeavor has already produced amazing results. In our latest project, we partnered with the CEO to develop a nationwide strategy to promote high-growth companies in Brazil, as well as to redesign the nonprofit's relationship model with the most promising entrepreneurs in the country.
