Diego Aguayo

Diego Aguayo is an expert associate partner in our Santiago office.

He has more than 14 years of experience in commercial innovation across multiple industries and domains, including airlines, financial services, and retail. He is particularly well-versed in transforming business models and organizations through the implementation of ML/AI, optimization, statistical solutions, and digital products.

He has led high-performance and multicultural teams across pricing and revenue management, loyalty programs, and data monetization. He has also led numerous engagements in those domains.

Diego previously co-founded another consulting firm and worked as a commercial director for LATAM Airlines.

He studied at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and owns a bachelor degree of business administration from the Universidad de Chile.
