Elizabeth Blalock is a member of our Performance Improvement practice and works closely with clients in the energy and industrials sectors.
She partners with clients committed to transforming their cost profile and brings deep expertise on architecting complex and successful change programs. She has led dozens of cost transformation efforts with clients in the utilities, oil and gas, mining, EPC, and aerospace and defense industries and takes a practical approach to assuring and accelerating value delivery.
Beyond her client work, she leads our Dallas office's Diverse Abilities at Bain program and co-leads the Texas office's Moms @ Bain programming.
Elizabeth began her career in Bain's Houston office and now calls Dallas home. Before joining Bain, Elizabeth was a consultant for another top firm and gained an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
