Eric is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing and Services practice with a focus on Aerospace & Defense and Performance Improvement.
He advises aerospace & defense clients, including OEMs and Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, on strategy and large-scale transformation programs. He has notably supported several complex partnerships, helping clients define strategic positioning, value creation levers, partnership structures, operating models, and business cases. Eric has also built significant experience in performance improvement across industrial clients, including automotive, logistics, and broadly B2B businesses with branch networks .
Beyond his client work, Eric plays an active role in building Bain’s Paris office. He leads the internal consultant training program, serves as a Recruiting Ring Fence member, and manages the integration program for new hires. He is also the Sciences Po Paris School Captain and has been teaching strategy to master’s students since 2016.
Prior to joining Bain, Eric founded a startup. He holds degrees from Sciences Po Paris and ESCP Europe.
In his personal time, Eric is a passionate cook for his large family.
