Kyle Larsen

Kyle Larsen is a member of our Technology, and Private Equity practices. A value-creation expert, Kyle holds deep expertise across the value creation spectrum, spanning strategy, growth acceleration through sales and marketing, operations improvement, and execution. He recently led work with a leading IT services and software player to refresh its services strategy and redesign its commercial operating model.

Kyle frequently leads various portfolio company blueprinting and value creation assignments for private equity funds and high growth software companies - creating blueprints to maximize stakeholder value.

Additionally, Kyle regularly advises portfolio companies and other technology companies, helping them establish best practices for sales and funnel management – from marketing to customers to training sales and customer experience reps to maximize effectiveness.

Apart from his direct client work, Kyle cares deeply about the culture and people of Bain. He recently helped found our Denver office. He is also deeply involved in our global training programs, frequently leading our global training programs for new hires.

Kyle previously worked in investment banking and in assurance for a Big Four accounting firm.

He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

In his personal time, Kyle enjoys exploring the outdoors with his three sons.
