A value-creation expert, Kyle holds deep expertise across the value creation spectrum, spanning strategy, growth acceleration through sales and marketing, operations improvement, and execution. He recently led work with a leading IT services player to refresh its services strategy and redesign its commercial operating model.
He has also led various portfolio company blueprinting and value creation assignments for private equity funds.
Additionally, Kyle regularly advises portfolio companies and other technology companies, helping them establish best practices and “test and learn” programs for funnel management – from marketing to customers to training sales and customer experience reps to maximize effectiveness.
Apart from his direct client work, Kyle cares deeply about the culture and people of Bain. He currently serves as the consultant program manager for our Dallas office overseeing various elements of the consultant program including staffing, training, and professional development. He is also deeply involved in our global training programs, serving multiple times as a program manager of our global Associate Consultant Training (ACT) program.
Kyle previously worked in investment banking and in assurance for a Big Four accounting firm.
He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
In his personal time, Kyle enjoys exploring the outdoors with his three sons.
