Alicia Avery

Alicia Avery is a member of our Retail and Enterprise Technology practices.

She has worked with many of the top 50 retailers across the restaurant, grocery, and apparel sectors. Her work focuses on enterprise technology transformations, including strategy, operating model design, portfolio rationalization, and value delivery.

In addition to her client work, Alicia is an active member of our global training team, serving as a trainer in global sessions and leading the new hire training program for the San Francisco office.

Alicia holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.
