Beth Myers leads Bain's Personalization capability in our Retail practice. She is also a member of our Sales & Marketing practice.

Beth primarily serves clients at the intersection of marketing with data, technology, and AI. Her client portfolio spans an array of industries, including private equity, consumer products and retail.

Prior to joining Bain in 2009, Beth worked for another top consulting firm in Australia. In 2014, she left Bain to serve as VP of E-commerce at Dakine, a private equity-owned company, where she built and launched the organization's direct-to-consumer business. She rejoined Bain in 2017.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, with First-Class Honours, from the University of New South Wales.
