Casper Steenkamp

Casper Steenkamp is affiliated with Bain's Energy & Natural Resources and Performance Improvement practices.

Casper has more than 15 years of experience working with senior executives and management teams of industrial companies to address their strategic and operational challenges and opportunities. He advises clients across a range of industries, including chemicals, mining, and minerals.

Casper holds deep expertise in full potential strategy, performance improvement programs, cost transformation, and advanced analytics. His work has taken him across Europe, the US, the UK, Africa, and Australia.

Prior to joining Bain, Casper was the Business Improvement group manager for a mining and energy company. He holds a master's degree in technology management from the University of Pretoria, a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Stellenbosch University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
