Fadi Hariz

Fadi Hariz is a member of our Financial Services practice. He has more than 12 years of consulting experience with us, serving clients in the Middle East and GCC.

Fadi has advised multiple financial institutions on topics related to mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, performance improvement, distribution and sales enhancement, customer experience transformation and commercial due diligence.

In the last few years, his focus has been on shaping growth strategies for leading incumbents in the region with a dedicated focus on growth, performance improvement, digitization and transformation.

Beyond client work, he leads our Associate Consultant recruiting efforts for multiple schools in the region.

Before joining us, Fadi worked with Petrofac International Ltd in the oil and gas sector, mainly focused on downstream EPC projects.

Fadi holds an MBA from INSEAD in France / Singapore and has a BEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from American University of Beirut.

In his personal time, Fadi is passionate about family activities and spending time with his wife and two boys.
