Gilbert Grima is a member of the firm's global Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, and has more than 15 years of industry and consulting experience with particular expertise in pharma, medtech and healthcare services.
He advises clients across Europe and North America in multiple areas, including strategy, customer experience & loyalty, organization and change management. In addition to healthcare, he has worked for companies in the retail and consumer goods sectors.
Outside of his client engagements, Gilbert plays an active role in human resources and people development at Bain, including talent recruiting for the Zurich office.
Prior to joining Bain in 2001, Gilbert was a project leader in a start-up research institute at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.
He graduated with a degree in biology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH) and earned a PhD degree in neurochemistry at the Brain Research Institute of the University of Zurich.
