Ineet is driven by a genuine passion for supporting the most promising businesses in aligning their talent strategy with overall business objectives. Her focus includes developing high-performing organizations with concrete talent mandates while cultivating strong leadership teams with vibrant cultures.

With deep experience in talent systems and solutions, Ineet has served as a trusted strategic business partner to executive leaders, teams and boards. She specializes in addressing a range of organisational, talent and leadership challenges, including talent strategy, executive assessment and development, succession planning, culture transformations, board and top team effectiveness.

In the last five years at Bain, Ineet spearheaded the Bain Executive Network in the APAC region. In this capacity, she provided career coaching to senior executives and assisted our clients with their talent advisory requirements.

Prior to joining Bain, she was a partner in the people advisory business at another consulting firm. Ineet is a certified coach and earned her master's in applied psychology from the University of Delhi.
