With nearly 20 years of management consulting experience, Mathilde is specialized in growth strategy and digital & tech transformations. She started her career in the telecom industry, before specializing in Retail & Luxury goods to support major Luxury players across categories.
Mathilde has in-depth experience in customer strategy and marketing, with a focus on brand, customer journeys and omnichannel distribution.
Aside from her client engagements, she is highly involved in Bain's talent development initiatives.
Mathilde joined the Bain Paris office in 2003 and subsequently spent part of her career in the Sydney office. She holds a MS from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Paris).
