Ridhima Raina

Ridhima Raina is a leader within our global Bain Academy℠ .

She works with clients to create end-to-end immersive capability building and training programs, both designing and delivering engaging and impactful sessions for teams all over the world.

Ridhima has advised a robust, diverse array of clients on agile innovation, customer experience and the Net Promoter System, and a range of commercial excellence projects. 

She is a certified MBTI Instructor; a Scrum Master and Product Owner credentialed by Scrum Inc.; a certified SAFe 5 Agilist; a certified MBTI Instructor; and trained in co-active coaching methodology by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

Apart from her client work, Ridhima is heavily involved with our Associate Consultant and Consultant recruiting for Williams College and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. She is also a trainer and facilitator at various Bain global training programs.

Prior to re-joining Bain, Ridhima spent a year and a half as the Director of Strategy and Business Development for LexisNexis UK, leading strategy, pricing, M&A and innovation.

She holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA in economics and Chinese from Williams. She is fluent in Hindi and English and conversant in Mandarin.

Ridhima is an avid squash and tennis player, having played the former at the varsity level and the latter at the national level in India. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her husband, son and rescue dog.
