Thibault Lecat is a member of our Performance Improvement practice. He is an expert in driving large-scale Procurement transformation programmes across Consumer Products & Retail organizations.
Thibault is passionate about taking procurement functions to the next level to tackle tomorrow's most pressing issues: cost, risk, resilience, agility, technology, and sustainability.
With deep expertise in Scope 3 Decarbonization, he has supported a number of organizations to define and deliver against their Net Zero strategy.
He holds an M.Sc. from ESIEA Engineering School in Paris and an M.I.B. from Sydney University.
In his personal time, Thibault enjoys composing electronic music and flying motorized paragliders.
