Vito Trinchera is a member of our Technology, Performance Improvement and Strategy practices, with deep expertise at the intersection of technology, industrials, and private equity.

He specializes in helping technology companies and investors unlock growth and drive long-term value across the semiconductor, hardware, and automotive sectors. Vito has supported clients across the full strategic lifecycle, including market entry, corporate growth strategy, M&A diligence, integration, and large-scale operational transformation. His experience includes shaping multi-year go-to-market strategies for global telecommunications players, leading commercial due diligence efforts for top private equity funds, and guiding post-acquisition value creation for high-growth technology firms. He has also led major operational turnarounds, including a multi-phase transformation for a multibillion-dollar automotive supplier.

Vito holds an MBA from HEC Paris, where he was a Dean’s List honoree and recipient of the HEC Paris Foundation Scholarship. Outside of work, he’s an avid cyclist and skier, and never passes up the chance to enjoy a perfect espresso.
