François Faelli is our Global Head of Capabilities and a Senior Partner.
He brings over 25 years of management consulting experience, and spends half of his time supporting a few large global companies thrive and transform. He is lucky to have developed close relationships with spectacular executives who know that doing well and doing good is important. Currently, he is spending the other half of his time as our Head of Capabilities, bringing the best of our expertise to our clients and working with fantastic teams all over the world to support clients in many areas such as Strategy, Transformation, Organization, Sustainability, and Performance improvement.
He holds a Master's in business and economics, summa cum laude, from Solvay Business School. In his spare time, he teaches strategy at his alma mater in Brussels. He also loves French literature from the XIXth century, American literature from the XXth, and Japanese video games from the XXIst.
