François Faelli is a partner in Bain & Company’s Brussels office. He leads Bain's Global Consumer Products practice.
François has more than 20 years of management consulting experience, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues. Over the course of his time at Bain, he has acquired deep expertise in strategy across a broad range of geographies, industries and capabilities.
François has advised business leaders in consumer products throughout Europe, Asia, North America and Australia on their biggest challenges and opportunities. He serves clients across a variety of consumer products categories, such as pet food, food, chocolate, gum, water, soft drinks, beer, luxury products and home & personal care items. He has led multiple large, global transformation programs, especially in merger integration, organization and growth acceleration.
In recent years, François has been writing about the tectonic shifts in global retail and their implications on the existential crises of consumer products companies.
François holds a Master's in Business and Economics (summa cum laude) from the Solvay Business School in Belgium, where he has been a professor of Strategy since 2013.
