He has over 20 years of strategy consulting experience, delivering strategies and transformation programs to drive outperformance.
Jean-Charles primarily advises leading companies in various consumer products categories, including food & beverage. He also advises clients in industrial goods. He holds deep expertise in corporate & business unit strategy, transformation programs, organization, mergers & acquisitions and post-merger integration.
Outside of his traditional client engagements, Jean-Charles is responsible for Bain’s Brussels office social impact program.
Since joining Bain in 1996, Jean-Charles has gained extensive experience working on pan-European and global programs.
He holds a Master's of Science in Management from the Solvay Business School.
