Jean-Charles van den Branden is the co-head of our global Sustainability and Responsibility practice, as well as an expert in our Consumer Products, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices.
He has more than 20 years of strategy consulting experience, delivering strategies and transformation programs to drive outperformance.
Jean-Charles primarily advises leading companies in various consumer products categories, including food & beverage. He also advises clients in industrial goods. He holds deep expertise in corporate & business unit strategy, transformation programs, organization, mergers & acquisitions and post-merger integration.
Outside of his traditional client engagements, Jean-Charles is responsible for our Brussels social impact program.
Since joining our firm in 1996, Jean-Charles has gained extensive experience working on pan-European and global programs.
He holds a Master's of Science in Management from the Solvay Business School.
