François Faelli is the head of our global Consumer Products practice, based in Brussels.
With more than two decades of advisory experience, he has acquired deep expertise in strategy across a vast expanse of geographies, industries and capabilities.
Throughout his career, François has advised key consumer goods executives throughout Europe, Asia, North America and Australia. His recent sector work has spanned food and beverages, pet food and luxury products, as well as home and personal care items. He has led multiple large, global transformation programs, especially across merger integration, organization and growth acceleration.
In recent years, François has been extensively published on the tectonic shifts in global retail and their implications on the existential crises of consumer products companies.
He holds a Master's in Business and Economics, summa cum laude, from Solvay Business School, where he has been a professor of strategy since 2013.
François is deeply passionate about 19th-century French and 20th-century American literature, as well as video games. He also enjoys trail running and is on a five-year, uninterrupted losing streak against colleagues and clients in tennis.
