Nate Anderson is a member of our Construction & Building Products practice and serves as its lead in America. He also leads the firm's Industrials and Performance Improvement practices.
He has nearly two decades of management consulting experience advising clients on construction and building products, machinery, agriculture, and private equity, with a focus on AI-enabled transformation. He has deep expertise in operating models, cost structures, commercial approaches, strategy implementation, change management, and digital innovation.
He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College.
