Nate Anderson is a member of our Performance Improvement and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.
Nate has deep expertise leading strategy-driven business transformations across sectors. He works closely with leadership teams to design and execute aggressive transformation programs that help them achieve their businesses' full potential. These complex programs typically require substantial changes to their cost structures, operating models, and commercial approaches, as well as deep change management intervention.
His recent work has spanned the agribusiness, construction and building products, automotive and technology sectors.
Prior to joining us in 2008, Nate was an investment banker for Lehman Brothers.
He holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
