Gustavo Strutz Banchieri de Paula

Gustavo is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

He has vast experience advising clients on projects ranging from strategy definition to initiative delivery, especially complex performance improvement, transformation, and integration programs.

Gustavo is an expert in aviation, having advised multiple global clients in the airline and in the aerospace & defense industries.

He has worked in the US, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East and spends a substantial share of his time in international, multi-cultural engagements.

Prior to joining us, Gustavo worked for a major Latin American airline in the engineering & maintenance and supply chain departments.

Gustavo holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Sao Paulo.
