Laure Maddens is a member of our Consumer Products and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices. She has more than 15 years of management consulting experience with the firm, spanning both categories and regions.
Laure predominantly focuses on Commercial Excellence projects, including customer and channel strategy, key account management, pricing and revenue growth management (within and across channels and countries), joint business and value creation planning, negotiation preparation and key account management capability-building. She is one of the pilots of FrontViewSM, our proprietary software that enables scenario and trade-simulation modeling to drive maximum business value.
She also has experience in corporate and business unit strategy, as well as large business transformations.
Laure has also worked as a transformation manager for Jacobs Douwe Egberts through an externship program.
She holds a DES from Solvay Business School, from which she graduated first in her class. She also holds a DEA and a master’s degree from Université Libre de Bruxelles, both in physical engineering, summa cum laude.
In her personal time, Laure is an avid traveler. She aims to spend one month traveling per year and has visited more than 60 countries.
