Laure Maddens is a member of our Consumer Products and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices. She has more than 17 years of management consulting experience with the firm, spanning both categories and regions.
Laure predominantly focuses on Commercial Excellence projects, including customer and channel strategy, key account management, pricing and revenue growth management (within and across channels and countries), joint business and value creation planning, negotiation preparation and key account management capability-building. She is one of the product owner of FrontViewSM, our proprietary software that enables scenario and trade-simulation modelling to drive maximum business value.
She also has experience in corporate and business unit strategy, as well as large business transformations.
She holds a DES from Solvay Business School as well as a DEA and a master’s degree from Université Libre de Bruxelles in physical engineering.
